On October 18, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Cultural Week officially kicked off as a key component of the 24th China Shanghai International Arts Festival (CSIAF).
Cathy Barbash once served as the international strategic consultant to the CSIAF around 2011. She indicated that over the years CSIAF has evolved from a municipal event into a truly world-class festival. And she comes to the CSIAF every year to see its latest developments and new works.
